Victor Humphreys and John Faulhaber are fitting together some door parts on what is developing to be a complicated project.
John Nelligan was doing precise layout work and markings for the next step on the steam department windows for N&W 2050.
Henry Vincent and Rich Witt were making a new roof rib or carline. I think this was being done for Gerry Dettloff which would mean it is destined for the TM D 13 dump car.
Roger Kramer comes out to continue the volunteer tradition one or two days every week, but seldom gets caught in the viewfinder. Rumor has it that Santa got him a new digital camera so perhaps some of his pics will show up here. But yesterday he was in the Barn 4 shop hunched over the sandblaster, cleaning up various castings and bits of hardware, soon to be mounted and re-installed on our passenger cars.

Pete Galayda continues to work on this historic car. Here he is in the shop working to repair and make whole the illuminated signs for the car ends. Missing parts - broken parts - you get the idea.
