George Clark was under the weather for a few weeks, but he returned ready and willing to go. Here he is applying primer to some of the new milled siding. George is the 'one man band' behind the exceptional progress on our trolley freight trailer, Lake Shore Electric 810.
Rich Witt checks for squareness on the twelfth window in the series we are making for the new CA&E Trolleyville acquisitions. Later in the day Rich and I ran out just shy of 150 feet of custom molding or window beading which will be used for retaining the glass in these. Some of the completed assemblies are stacked against the table in the backgorund. Sanding anyone??
Henry Vincent spent the entire day, with help from John Faulhaber, starting to apply primer to the MANY square feet of plywood sheathing inside this new room. I guess Henry has no concern with heights or rickety ladders. I am sure any donations would be welcome for this project so electrical service, lighting, and other details can be completed. That must be done before final inspection and occupancy can be considered.

We do not see many entries here for the Passenger Car Department - I guess they are too busy working!
But I happened to catch an image of Roger Kramer enjoying the pleasant but cool weather. Here he is priming one of the end gates for the car. Last weekend there was a lot of work inside the car to spruce it up and repaint areas.

I was not around at the time. General discussion suggests that it was "pretty marginal" in a number of areas. Nigel
