Sunday, November 24th: Kevin Kriebs and Shelly Vanderschaegen painted the first coat of tan on the walls of Exhibit Car #2 while Mark Gellman and Department Head Mike Baksic were getting parts together.
Saturday, November 30th: It was warm - 42 degrees until the sun started going down. Jon Habegger and Shelly Vanderschaegen cleaned Halloween leftovers of dried blood and leaves in the Birmingham. This included general cleaning of tables and floor. They put pictures back up that belonged in the Birmingham, ready for our Christmas visitors. And they put a Christmas tree and a Menorah for the holidays.
Meanwhile, Mark Gellman, Ray Mormann, and Curator Mike Baksic started gathering parts and pieces and putting them back into the Loch Sloy. These were things put into storage by the late Phil Stepek who was not able to get them back in the cars. Mark, Ray and Mike are starting with the Loch Sloy and will do one car at a time over the winter to install as many parts as possible.
