I stumbled onto a website that had information about car #28 and how it moved to the IRM. Is there a better update on car # 28 other than the one listed on your website currently? I believe, but cannot confirm if #28 was used in service here in Lansing Michigan or not (I live in Lansing and am trying to find out as much about #28 as I can)
If someone could update me with the latest news regarding this car, it would be greatly appreciated....:)
