Merry Christmas everyone, I have been trying to keep tabs on everyone's seperate projects by checking in at least a few times a week. I would really like to get an update from the Diesil Dept on their restoration progress on several projects peices such as the Milwaukee Road 33C with some current photos ,as well as photos of any other projects in the process of being worked on. Also over the next few months, Could we get the equipment roster up dated. I know that a lot of stuff has been added or is pending just to bring things upto date Thanks, Mike Eisenberg

Hello Mike To update you the diesel dept head should further reply. In the meantime to give you some reply to your question the MR 33C has had some work completed this year. I do not know the specifics. If you want something to happen please volunteer. Which equipment are you interested in updating?

I can't easily come on over there to volunteer, because I live in Boston, MA, and most of my relatives that I had in Chicago have passed away the last few years so I have no coveiniant place to stay at the moment while there. As for the the Equipment Roster, on the museum's Website, I thought that none of the museum's recent aquisitions the last several years had been entered into the current Equipment Roster site based on it's last update date. I could be wrong. A lot of weekly enterys by members the last few years talk about the work being done on these current aquisitions, but they are not listed on your roster site nor are there any current pictures of them when I enter them into your roster's data base when I want to know the specifics or specifications of that particular peice of equipment. Thank you for your time and efforts, sincerely, Michael Eisenberg

In answer to: Was Rich Witt first in line for chow? NO! Victor Humphries was ahead of me!
