one thing you can think about is giving what you guys call "skeleton" a new skin you know that cta streetcar?

I know the car and I think your suggestion falls into the "Nothing is Ever Simple Department". There would be no point in trying to put a skin on the exterior since a lot of the framing needs attention and replacement of the structural posts and members first. It is a MAJOR project and would require three or more folks working most of their time for a year or more. I would not even start this job unless there was maybe $10,000 on hand to fund needed materials and supplies. Bob Kutella
