Thursday, November 6. 2008Milwaukee Streetcar 972 Update November 5, 2008 Sanding the first color coat away Pete Galayda has been convalescing following shoulder surgery, but today marked his return to the job. Here he is finish sanding the first color coat on the TM 972, and if the weather holds, maybe get more paint on this season. Thursday, November 6. 2008URTX 26640 Update November 5, 2008 Scaffold Easier than Ladders Victor Humphreys is up on the scaffold completing painting of the door, edges, tracks, and hardware. Wednesday, November 5. 2008GN 70104 Update November 5, 2008 Herold Wind Herold Wind was busy 'blacksmithing' away on the steel repairs to this hopper. On this corner the new steel is welded in, and grab irons in the process of being replaced. Today the task was final fitting and reaming of holes for new rivets. |

7009 number boards look good. Is there a way to turn a locomotive around at IRM? In case you ever had a mind to connect 7009 and 6847?
