I am available and interested. All my HO is stored due to a lack of layout space. I am a retiree hobby nut looking for work. Can I play too??? Matt Yes, of course. Just how big is the layout, and where at IRM is it planning to go? Are you going to have to build a new building?

The layout occupied something over 2000 sq ft as originally built. The current plan is to try to fund and construct a new steel framed building at IRM, probably with a decorative old time facade on the face. Planning, siting, and cost estimates are in full swing. As with any IRM project, money talks, and any generous donations to move this forward are welcome. A new restricted fund has been established - RMRD Bob Kutella
