Thanks to Bill Peterson, John Faulhaber, Gerry Detloff, Buzz Morisette and Bob Kutella and Owl Hardwood in Des Plaines, we were able to fabricate over 400' lineal feet of replacement ceiling tongue & groove ceiling boards for the Dyno car.
First time volunteer Dick Melzer, shown at right, also joined us from Colgate, WI. Dick's Father worked as an engineer on the Dynamometer car in the 50-60's for the Milwaukee Road. Dick also worked for the Milwaukee 1964-68 and would often see the Dyno in the Shops, but today was his first time aboard the car. Welcome Dick!!
