Yes Ted (we know you're a member), I restored one of the downstairs ceiling light fixtures over the summer. I will write a blog post as time permits.
The operating season at IRM tends to be a slow time for restoration work to be performed, due to operational needs and available volunteers.
I ordered and received window gasket extrusions for all of the flat body windows, and will start taking sash parts to the glass shop as time allows.
Thanks,
Jeron

Folks,
Does the Passenger Car Department have anything to say about the arrival of the Western Pacific #801 baggage car?
Does that mean that the museum has given up on the C,B&Q baggage car in Denver?

Yes, I am an IRM Member; for some years now. I also work for the Western Railway Museum Library and Archives.
I am always pleased to hear that another project is moving ahead.
