Yes, Ted, they are doing a very careful job. Seems like every little thing becomes a bigger thing so sometimes progress seems maddeningly slow. Help wanted, or money wanted, or both. With enough funding some of the stuff we do in house could be hired out, greatly accelerating the time line. Of course that is mostly true for any of the many restoration projects underway.
