Thanks for catching my typo. The car is the GLEN SPRINGS. We have two 6-3 Pullman cars built in 1925 and from the same series. The GLEN ALTA was last used by Royal American Shows and is in very poor condition, the interior modified. The GLEN SPRINGS is a better candidate to be restored and is seeing some work.

I cannot speak for the Passenger Car Department and their plans. But if it was me I would like to see the Glen Alta repainted and sporting the circus car theme. Few of our stored cars are visible from anything but their exterior, and this would be quite showy for the Glen Alta, and would be historically correct. Of course this is a NOT insignificant task and I do not have the time or money to fund that idea.
And you just do not find an 85 year year old Pullman railroad car lying around for the taking.
