Yes Ted. There will be turnaround loops at both ends now, allowing great improvement in continuous running without pesky backup movements. Another upgrade in the current project is to 'double track' almost half the route. How do you double track a trackless trolley? Another question to ponder.

It is not up to me to make such predictions or to set plans and priorities. There is still work to be done and to be FUNDED to complete the interior of the Dover Strait, and to have it in shape to run in train service, at least occasionally for special events.
The other variables are the volunteer resources, their interests, and again, FUNDING. I would guess Villa Falls is a ways down on the list although some work continues on that car also.
The Passenger Car Department has a long list of needed maintenance and repairs on our regular operating cars, the stainless steel fleet, new acquisitions, etc. They all take time and money, both of which are in short supply.
