Does the second truck require the same amount of rebuilding of the brake parts as the first truck did? What is the status of the trucks for the North Shore streetcar? REPLY: I believe work was done on the second truck years ago, and an inspection does not show it needs the massive work we had to do on the first truck. As for the CNS&M 354, it will get a thorough examination when the trucks are pulled out. To my memory, I think pin and bushing work was done during the first restoration project almost 40 years ago, but could be wrong. Bob Kutella
