Yes. It was previously Chicago Northwestern 4160. 4160 was originally built for the Rock Island as their 4506 (I probably gave the wrong number, but still).

Would be neat to see a group photo of all the folks who worked on the repaint of RI GP7 4506, if not here then in Rail & Wire. Jamie and crew just nailed that "Rock" paint scheme. Fantastic and jaw-dropping paint work and attention to detail, as always.

that first impression means a lot the wife was impressed last time we were there. it even better now the main street will be great. it will nice prop for movie and event staging.thanks to everyone involved
