Sunday, February 8. 2009L7 painting begins L7 gets the first coat of paint on one side. Work continues on the L7. This weekend Charlie, Stan, Kyle, and others continued doing some prep work on the hoods at each end, as well as prepping and priming some interior walls. Charlie, Kyle and Warren scuffed and wiped down one side and shortly thereafter Jamie sprayed the first coat of green onto these areas. Additional pictures can be found in this gallery. Joe and Joel began looking into the electrical system to try to identify why the first point of power is so hot (quick start and fast). So far the problem is pointing towards some resistance grids. They plan to continue troubleshooting next weekend. |
