Here are some pics of work being done in our woodshop on 4/5/08.
 Seat Work John Faulhaber on left helps Richard Schauer manufacture new seat cushion frames for Chicago Surface Lines 84.  Window Almost Done Wayne Baksic fits the moldings for a new window for Bessemer and Lake Erie 25, before final sanding and staining.  Finishing Touches Ray Mormann carefully adds the various hardware to a new baggage door for Chicago & North Western 7700. This is the first of two doors made completely new for that car over the winter. The car is often used as our ADA handicap accessable car for wheelchair access through the baggage door. One of the existing doors would not open and the other was falling apart. The second new door has been framed and glazed. Hardware is in progress and will follow installation of this first door. 7009 number boards look good. Is there a way to turn a locomotive around at IRM? In case you ever had a mind to connect 7009 and 6847?
